Return & Exchange Policy

We understand the constraints of shopping online and thus, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle free 7 day return policy. Please carefully read our exchange and return policy below for details :

Returns:

• We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product, however only against a credit note.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with the tag intact, and in the same condition as when you received it. Raat Ranii holds the right to not accept returns in case product is used or damaged by customer.
• The credit note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and can be redeemed on any product across our website www.raatranii.com
• Products bought on store credit are not valid for further exchange or return

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement.

Process for Exchange/ Return:

·        To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer service team at support@raatranii.com.

·        Clearly indicate the order number along with your reason for return/exchange and other preferences.

·        We will initiate the pickup from the same address as delivery. Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Post which, we will process your refund or exchange as per our policy.

·         Please keep in mind the following timelines for the same :-

• Pick up: 1 to 3 working days
• Return to our warehouse: 7 to 10 days
• Dispatch and delivery of replacement product: 3 to 5 days
