If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy, assisted by our team, providing pick-up from your delivery address and re-delivery of the new product. Please carefully read our exchange and return policy below :

Returns:

• We accept returns within 3 days of receiving the product, only against store credit, NO REFUND
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with the tag intact, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Please note that there will be no refund issued for returned products. You will receive an email with the store credit, equal to the order value minus return shipping charges.
• Store credit can be redeemed on any product across our website www.raatranii.com
• Products bought on store credit are not valid for re-exchange or re-return

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement, exchange or store credit.

Items Excluded from Exchange/Return:

Final sale/ Clearance products/Buy2get1 items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Process for Exchange/ Return:

·         To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer service team at support@raatranii.com

·         Clearly indicate the order number along with your reason for return/exchange and other preferences.

·         We will initiate the pickup from the same address as delivery. Once the parcel reaches back to us, it will undergo a quality check and we will process your refund or exchange as per our policy.

·         Please keep in mind the following timelines for the same :-

• Pick up: 1 to 3 working days
• Return to our warehouse: 7 to 10 days
• Dispatch and delivery of replacement product: 3 to 5 days
